BUILDING ENERGY MODEL INTEGRATION

By combining building energy modelling (BEM) with a web-based digital twin platform, Florawise reduces the effort and times consumed in re-generating model geometry, while preserving the quality of data exchange and information reliability. With BEM integrated into the digital twin platform we can provide schematic and 3D visual representations of reference building performance results for the entire facility for each zone within the building.

Our clients are able to see:

• Energy consumptions of heating, cooling, fans and pumps, lighting, domestic hot water and interior equipment of the facility for each 12 months
• Energy flows according to the resources used in the facility
• Energy use intensity of the facility
• Comparison with the reference consumption and the actual real-time data obtained from our monitoring and control devices.
