Florawise Modular Max Expansion is a flexible controller for LoRaWAN-enabled I/O boards, HVAC systems, and facility equipment such as AHU, Fan Coil Units (FCU) and Heat Pumps.
By managing end devices through the Sedona Framework, it wirelessly transmits all data to Modular Max—though a wired connection can also be used if needed.

The controller supports Modbus and BACnet Mstp protocols and provides 8 AI, 4 AO, 8 DI, and 8 DO onboard I/Os. This comprehensive solution delivers control, data logging, alarms, scheduling, and visualization, all within a single, compact device.

The Florawise Modular Max Expansion is a versatile controller for LoRaWAN-enabled I/O boards, HVAC systems, and facility equipment, supporting Fan Coil Unit (FCU) and Heat Pump control. With Modbus RTU and BACnet MS/TP protocols, selectable via DIP switches, it comes with a default application for common FCU types, customizable through Sedona Framework and real-time updates via Wi-Fi. The controller excels in control, data logging, alarming, scheduling, and visualization, offering 8 AI, 4 AO, 8 DI, and 8 DO onboard I/Os.

Line-of-sight range up to 10 km, approximately 2 km in urban environments.
Suitable for smart office, smart building, and other indoor applications.
Integrates LoRaWAN data into the Niagara application server without additional hardware.
