Application:

Optimizing energy efficiency and reducing the carbon footprint in Halkbank branches with Florawise devices. By installing our devices, we fully automate and optimize energy consumption in Halkbank branches by controlling HVAC systems, sign lighting, AC units, and fans within the buildings. Our Modular Analyzer X12 device enables comprehensive monitoring of energy consumption, allowing for the detection of any anomalies in energy usage, which are regularly reported to Halkbank branches. Our IR Blasters control sign lighting within the required time frames, while AC units are managed through data collected by the Modular MAX to promote sustainability and enhance energy efficiency. The Modular Sense device monitors indoor air quality and activates the fan systems when necessary. Over 500 Halkbank branches are monitored and managed through the Florawise Holistic System, achieving significant energy savings.

Florawise Solutions in Turkish Bank Branches:

In banks, we have installed over 500 stores with our Florawise devices, including IR Blaster, Modular MAX, Modular Analyzer X12, and Modular Sense, all tailored to the number of AC units and electrical panels present. The IR Blaster devices enable comprehensive control over all HVAC systems, fan systems, and lighting systems. We have implemented automated scenarios that comply with all regulations and optimize energy usage. For instance, when our Modular Sense air quality device detects that indoor CO2 levels exceed 800 ppm, the fan system automatically activates to ensure optimal indoor air quality. Similarly, the sign lighting system automatically turns on or off based on the relevant time frames, whether the branch is open or closed.

With the Florawise Modular Analyzer X12, we continuously monitor the energy consumption of the stores before, during, and after the implementation of our solutions, facilitating the calculation of energy consumption and savings to strive for further optimization. It reports and alarms any anomalies or unusual trends in energy consumption, ensuring that the energy levels remain within the optimal range.

All this data is collected and consolidated in our Modular MAX device, which then transfers all the information to our Holistic Platform. This system enhances the energy management across more than 500 branches.

With the completion of the Florawise devices and solutions installation set for early 2025, we anticipate an energy saving of about 22% in the first year. This corresponds to a reduction of 5 million kWh in energy consumption, and will prevent 2.25 kilotons of CO2 emissions.
